Sidney Crosby will return to the Penguins lineup Monday night vs. NYI. Disco Dan says he should play around 15 minutes. He’ll go on the Dupuis/Kunitz line, leaving the Neal/Sullivan/Geno line intact (for now).
To everyone who texted/Tweeted us with the news, while I was eating pizza after the Redskins game, THANK YOU. I had a full thirty seconds of screaming in the car when I saw it. It looked like this:

I’ve read you blog for a while and never got the nerve to comment. I thought THIS would be a perfect opportunity. I had been going back and forth with my friends about going to the islanders game and thought it probably wouldn’t be worth it. I changed my holiday plans and left for NC a couple days early. I am kicking myself right now!

I saw someone very nonchalantly mention his return over The Twitter. I’m honest to goodness surprised that the Internet (or Canada) didn’t spontaneously combust over the news of NHLJesus coming back.

Also! Michalek is back tonight also. The Pens roster is almost 100%; we are just missing Lovejoy but they don’t play him every game anyway. So the Islanders will be the first NHL team to face the Pens in their pure form. I almost feel bad for them. Hahaha just kidding.
